Cold Feet
It is just plain cold here right now. Typically we get some nice cold, rainy days that are bearable, but this is starting to remind me more and more of CO.
I got to thinking more about CO and I realized that this coming year it will be 10 years that I have been in Seattle. Wow a decade! So much has taken place in my life in these last 10 years where do I begin.... collage, marriage, company, kids, etc. The saying "Life's short..." is so true. In the next couple of weeks I will be surrounded by lots of family and I am going to make sure I take some time to go back and relive some of those memories with them. What are some of your favorite Xmas Season memories that you can relive with loved ones?

The eve before Thanksgiving
It's the day before Thanksgiving and I am down in beautiful Portland with Katey's family. We drove down late last night and while everyone in the car was sleeping, I was enjoying the open road (we got down here so fast that Katey asked me if I drove like Knight Rider). I have decided that late night driving, when there's no traffic, is the best! Well only with some sunflower seeds and good music. As I drove, I was reflecting on all the blessings in my life that I am thankful for. All I can say is "I am Blessed".
Tomorrow I will be surrounded by family, tables full of food, football, and endless hours of card games. What more could someone ask for then to be with the ones he loves. Sadly there are many that aren't bless in this way. There are many that won't even have a bite to eat. Let's not forget them!
I want to share this video with you in hopes that for a moment in this season we take time to think of those with nothing.
The Cho's are great friends of mine and I am so encouraged by what they are doing. This coming year I am going to be partnering with them and One Days Wages to do my small part to give and help fight global poverty.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Garrett + Erin: Engagement
Last Sunday I spent a couple hours with Garrett & Erin at Seattle's Gas Works Park. The afternoon was the perfect Fall day in Seattle. Getting days like this at the end of October is not to common. Garrett and Erin were a blast to spend time with. They were willing to do anything I told them. Their love was pretty radiant and fun to capture. To see more of their photos check out their sideshow.

Please Pray
One thing about wedding photography that I love so much is getting to know so many people. When tragic news comes from someone I've met at a wedding my heart sinks. This past spring I shot a beautiful wedding for Rachel and BJ, today I heard news that BJ's brother Nate (pictured on the left) was in a serious car accident this past weekend on his way to Spokane. Nate drove me around on the wedding day so I got a chance to know him. Please take a moment to send a prayer up for him and the family. I don't know much but that he suffered a serious brain injury. If you want to follow his progress click here. Thank you...

Joah Love
Everyone loves little kids and how cute they are, right?! When you stick them in some fun clothes they are even more adorable. I wanted to share with you a new line of children's clothes called Joah Love. I am not excited about this clothing line because I can see Ez wearing it but because my good friend and mentor Joy Marie is one of the master minds behind these trendy cloths. As most of you know Joy was a huge reason I am where I am today. Recently she was up here in Seattle shooting the Spring 2009 line on some adorable little kids. My brother-in-law and video guru, Kyle was there to make a little promo for Joah Love. Be sure to check our local boutique for these adorable clothes (as soon as I hear where they will be sold here in Seattle, I will let you all know). Joah Love from Kyle Feria on Vimeo.

Birthday Weekend
This past weekend was a special one, why you ask? It actually was my birthday on Saturday and we went out to the park for a little BBQ, Football and Whiffle Ball. As you get older the day doesn't seem so exciting as it did when you were a kid or teenager or even in college. I told my parents and even Katey that really "it just felt like another day". It was still lots of fun to do something that's out of the norm (parks are out of the norm) :) I did however have to renew my drivers license and I took the advise of my friend DJ and made if a fun/silly picture. Now hopefully when a cop or airport security look at it, they will laugh cause it won't look like a mug shot or they might think I am high. All in all it was a great weekend and looks like it is shaping up to be a great week too.

Kyle + Anasazi: Wedding
From Seattle's Volunteer Park to a block away from the Capital Hill Block party at the Pravada Studios, Kyle and Anasazi had a beautiful wedding. My favorite part of the afternoon was at Volunteer Park with them. What a perfect place for Kyle to see his beautiful bride for the first time! Because I didn't get the opportunity to spend time with them before the big day this time was a blast for me to really get to know them and capture the love they share. Enjoy a handful of those moments too!

Kelley + Kelly: Wedding
Kelley + Kelly had an incredibly fun and beautiful wedding this past weekend at Point Defiance in Tacoma, WA. The two of them are so much fun to be around. Earlier this year we spent an afternoon together for their engagement photos and I knew then that their wedding day was going to be a lot of fun. They were surrounded by amazing family and friends, who love and care for them so much. Being able to witness and capture there love, laughs and tears was an honor. K + K you are awesome. Thank you for letting me share in your special day.

Nic + Rebecca: Wedding
On Sunday my big brother, Nic got married to Rebecca and it was an incredible day. I don't even have words to describe how amazing their wedding. I have grown up looking up to my brother and learning so much from him. So I was honored to not only photograph their wedding but to also be his Best Man (yes you read that correctly, I did both). It was amazing to witness such an incredible event from two perspectives. Nic and Rebecca have so much love for each other and their families. Nic, thanks for all that you have taught me. Rebecca, I am excited to have another sister again. Thank you guys for letting me take several special roles in your day. Big thanks to Wendi from The Snap Sisters for coming out and shooting with me.

Wedding Week... Weather = AMAZING
If you aren't in Seattle, you are missing out on the AMAZING weather we are having. There is no complaining here! This week is full of another family wedding. My big brother is getting married this coming Sunday and my parents/grandparents are coming into town tomorrow for the week. It is going to be a blast celebrating all together again. Also this week my good friend Dave from Chicago is staying with us. It's already been good to catch up with him and how life in the Windy city is. He is actually here to work on the book he is writing so that's been fun to learn more about. I'll let you know when it's published! Enjoy your monday!

What a Weekend
This weekend was a blast. Saturday I planned my brothers Bachelor party and we had a great time. It has become a tradition in the family that part of the Bachelor party is on the Paintball Field. So for the second time this year a group of us headed out for a couple of hours and just let loose. I have to say I can definitely see Paintball becoming a hobby. We had a small group of guys so the games were fast paced and a ton of variety, from terminator to bounty hunter and even a little Halo action. I had a video camera mounted to my gun, so as soon as I get the footage from Kyle, I will post for all to see. Today was a low key day with the family, full of rest and relaxation.
I hope your weekends were as fun as mine was.

Ernie + Kim: Wedding
I always love going back to Colorado! I get to see my folks, my grandparents, friends and those beautiful Rocky Mountains. It's even more exciting when you get to shoot a wedding is those mountains, well the foothills. Last Saturday I had the honor of spending the day with Ernie and Kim for their amazing wedding. The weather was perfectly HOT, 95 degrees, and the celebration was filled with tears, laughter, smiles and excitement. I've known the Findell family since I was a little boy, so seeing them was a lot of fun. It brings back so many memories. They are truly an amazing, genuine family.Ernie & Kim, I wish you all the best. Thank you for letting me be a part of your miraculous day.Do you think he was just a little nervous?A brother/sister moment that words cannot describe. The view from the reception. The sun, the moon and everything in between.Hoping his answer is right.Honeymoon here we come!

Setting Your Mind
I am a true believer in "You can do anything, if you set your mind to it". Growing up as a kid I always wanted to be some sort of mechanic. I would always take things apart to figure out how they worked and put them back together. I even planned that I would be a mechanical engineer when I grew up. The last part didn't come true, and I would trade what I am doing now for the world, but I am still always taking things apart and trying to fix them.
The one thing I never got take apart or work on much was cars. The only thing I knew about cars was how to change oil, fix a flat, and rotate tires. I never fixed engines with my dad in the garage, or changed brakes on the cars....UNTIL this weekend. The brakes on Katey's car need to be replaced and the places I called and talked to wanted at least $300. I decided that I would change the brakes myself, it couldn't be that hard. With a little help from google, a phone call to a family mechanic friend back in CO, I changed the brakes myself. It was actually really easy and it only cost me $60!
Look out, I'm on a roll now...Next up rebuilding that '69 Chevy Camero SS I've always wanted!!!

Matt + Heather: Engagement
Yesterday, I got to shoot an engagement session with Matt & Heather. I love these sessions cause it gives us a chance to really connect together. I met Heather & Matt at BJ & Rachel's wedding a little over a month and a half ago and we instantly connected. When we met up yesterday at Kerry Park they told me they wanted their pictures to say Seattle, Their Love for the City, Their Love for Each Other, etc... all in a way that wasn't your traditional sitting on the ledge with the skyline in the background. Can you feel the love they have for each other? I can't wait for their wedding, they are going to be a stunning Bride and Groom.I love this shoot.Matt's Favorite Moment of Heather :)My Favorite Moment of the afternoon...

Tim & Heidi: Wedding
This past Saturday I had a blast hanging out with Tim and Heidi. What a beautiful wedding they had. This was the 3rd time we got to hang out and I honestly felt like I have known them for years. Their family and friend all flew in from the east coast. It was amazing to see them together with their friends of more than 20 years and to see the two sides of friends partying together! It's was such an honor to share your day. Thank you Tim & Heidi, say hello to your families when you see them at your bothers wedding.

Will Oct. Come Fast?
I am super excited! I can't wait for the first week of Oct. to come. Today Katey, Ezra and I went downtown for Katey's 20-week ultrasound. Everything thing looked great. The baby is growing proportionately and doing really well. This time around we decided that we wanted to know what the sex of the baby is....and it's a BOY! We are both super excited (we would have been either way). It is going to be a lot of fun having two little guys around and being playmates. What a miraculous day!

Pray
I just heard tragic news that Steven Curtis Chapman's 5 year old daughter was struck and killed by a car driven by her teenage brother, in there driveway. Here's an article from the Seattle PI and one from The Tennessean. As a father of one and another on the way, my heart is very heavy at this news and goes out to the Chapman family. Please take a moment to pray for their family. Pray for peace, understanding and wisdom for each member of the Chapman family. May the Lord be near.
Humor is Good
So if you are wanting the week to be over and the long weekend to be here. This should help you get through the next couple of days.... Blessings,Corey

Crazy Month
This month has been so crazy. The weather is finally starting to be better here which means time to be outside more. I have a laundry list work that needs to be done around the house, so I have been out trying to tackle as much of it as I can. I have to work around Ezra's nap schedule, cause he doesn't sleep when I'm out using the power tools. The other day our friends Brian & Megan came over for dinner and Brian & I actually went out to the backyard and started trimming one of our HUGH evergreens with a sawzall. Don't worry we could only get to the first 2 branches cause these trees are way too big for amateurs to tackle. This weekend is supposed to be in the mid 80's so I will not be in front of the computer or behind the camera. You will find me with my tool belt on and the power tools making noise.

Kyle & Jenny: Trash the Dress
Last week my sister got married down in San Diego. It was one wedding that I was able to just enjoy from a Groomsman perspective. Both Kyle & Jenny wanted to do a "Trash the Dress" session the day after the wedding. We had a blast hanging out on the pier with whispering people around us, "She's going to get that dress dirty". From the concrete to shoreline rocks to even a tree it was a blast.

The Definition of a Neighbor
The other day my neighbor came up to me and asked if I would take some pictures of him and his wife. They hadn't had pictures done in a while so he wanted them done. I said sure of course I will. They have lived in our neighbor hood for 45+ years now. Katey and I moved into our house 3 years ago and since day one, Jess has been an incredible neighbor. I remember the first day I met him, I was doing some before move-in work on the house and he must have seen me through the big picture window and come over to introduce himself. He watches over the house when we are gone, he knows all of our family member's cars (he is the co-captain of the Neighborhood watch), and he even helped my brother-in-law change his brakes on his car. He even gave Ezra a wooden dog, made by hand, for his 1st birthday. It has been a blessing to have them live right across the street, and to also be members of the same church.

Bj & Rachel: Wedding
BJ & Rachel's wedding was absolutely incredible. The weather couldn't have been any better. The only day so far this year where the temp was in the upper 70's and beautiful sunshine. That was only the icing on the cake compared to how beautiful BJ & Rachel were and amazing the celebration was. Thank you so much you guys for letting me be a part of your special day.

Kyle & Jackie: Engagement
Saturday was a fun filled day. In the afternoon I spent some time with some good friends Kyle & Jackie, doing there engagement photos. As we were headed out to our first location, the rain started to fall, but it didn't last long! We were able to spend a couple hours together without getting wet! What is so awesome about Seattle is you can spend one minute at a beautiful Sculpture garden and the next at a beautiful garden. We went all over together having fun and laughing! Thanks Kyle and Jackie for a great afternoon. You are a blast to hang out with.

One Year Pics
On Friday, Katey and I did a little photo shoot with Ezra. Last weekend he turned 1 and we had a little party for him but didn't get a chance to do his photos. We did 6 month portraits with him and now 1 year. He is such a funny little guy. He is beginning to learn to throw, so one of his favorite toys is his "Cars" bouncy ball. It's amazing that one year has already gone by.

Engagement Video
A couple of weeks ago, I spent the afternoon with my brother and his fiance for their engagement session. We had such a great time hanging out together. I was fortunate to have my other brother, who's a videographer, come with us and film the session. Kyle and I are working on several other videos like this, and if any couples want this as part of there wedding day, we are also making that available.

Painted Weekend
My sister and her fiance decided that they wanted to have a combined Bachelor and Bachelorette party. And what a better way to celebrate the upcoming wedding then to grab the camouflage, paintball guns, and hit the paintball fields! I usually get the chance to play at least once a year, so I really get excited when the opportunity comes around. For three hours on Saturday it was nothing but adrenaline, paint and great fun! My brother-in-law put together this little highlight video to remember the event. In case you were wondering, he had a small helmet cam on.

Trace @ the Triple
This past Monday night I had the opportunity to photograph an amazing guitar player. If you have visited my website you have heard him, but if you haven't seen him play, you are missing out. Trace Bundy had his DVD "Missile Bell - Part 1" release show at the Triple Door downtown. First of all the venue could not have been any better and the show itself was awesome. The night originally was planned to be a date night with my wife but a couple days before the show, they asked me if I would photograph it for them. I couldn't say no and it still worked out to be a date night, since they insisted that I not shoot the whole night. Go and check out his website if you haven't already, or look him up on YouTube. You will be blown away at his talent, at least I am. Here's the slideshow of the night set to his live performance of "Missile Bell".

Nic & Rebecca: Engagement
Saturday afternoon I had the opportunity to do one of the more exciting engagement shoots. Yes that's right, I got to spend the afternoon with my brother and Rebecca. Nic and I have been, well, best friends since day one. I was so honored when they asked if I would do their engagement photos. We spent the beginning of the afternoon at the mall doing some fun shots of where they first met. I love to let the couple choose the location of these shoots because then it is something special to them. In this case it was the first time they met. After spending some time inside we headed out to the Botanical Gardens to do some fun outdoor stuff. I had a blast hanging out guys. I can't wait for the wedding, it is going to be amazing. These are my favorite, relaxed portraits! If you want to see more, be sure to check out the slideshow.

Sweet Trailer... More to Come
My buddy Kyle from Blackout Creations just posted a sweet video trailer from the wedding I shot down in San Diego. Him and his crew were down there doing the videography for the wedding. What is cool about working closely with a video company is that they can offer their Brides & Grooms so much more by incorporating the photos into the video as well. Enjoy! To see a higher quality version, click here.

Simple Update.... Featuring!
I just finished a complete update to my website. No layout changes, just some added features that are going to take it to the next level. The first thing you will notice is the addition of a fun music player. I want to give a big thanks to two artist that are allowing me to feature them on my site. The first one is Trace Bundy, who is an amazing guitarist from Boulder, CO. If you haven't seen this guy go check out his site, all I can say is "Amazing!" The other artist is a good friend of mine, Robby Kang. If you're a musician and would like your work featured on my site, shoot me an email. Another cool feature to the site is that it's now setup to have videos on it as well. Stay tuned for the videos they're not on there yet!! Right now I've got my video buddy Kyle from Blackout Creations working on some fun videos he shoot with me from a couple weddings last year and engagement sessions. Go check it out. I'll let you all know when the videos are there! Happy Friday.

Makes Me Melt
Yesterday I took the day off from any sort of work and just played with Ez. We've been having lots of fun playing with tools, cars, a bouncy ball, peek-a-boo, and of course wrestling. I couldn't help but have the camera out to snap some shots of us playing together. I got this shot while we were playing with his toy tool set. If those eyes don't make a fathers' heart melt every time I look at them, then I don't know what will. I'm honored, humbled, awe-struck that God chose me to raise this guy. I love him so much.

Valentines Gift
If many of you are like me, I love receiving gifts. It doesn't have to be large, just something that comes from the heart. This past week was Valentines Day and what I love about this day is the chance to get a gift that says "love". My wife loves flowers and so I got here a bunch of Tulips and chocolate. She loved them!!! I love giving her flowers cause she puts them in a vase on the kitchen table where we enjoy them at every meal. Enjoying them more then giving them is the best part. Now I want to offer a gift to those newly engaged couples. From now until the end of the month, I am offering a FREE Coffee table photo book with all my packages. This is a beautifully crafted Black Linen covered book featuring your favorite images. If you or a friend of yours got engaged on Valentines Day, contact me before February 29 and you will receive this great gift as part of your wedding day package!Happy Valentines Day!

Fighting Cough
This week Ez has been fighting a cold that decided to come back. He had a little runny nose at the beginning of last week and then got over it. But Sunday it seemed to come back. It's really hard to hear his little cough and not be able to do anything. The worst part is hearing him coughing in the middle of the night and know that each time he coughs he wakes up. So not only is he fighting this cold, he also isn't getting much sleep then. But the amazing thing is that even with this cold he keeps on playing and laughing and wanting to wrestle me to the ground. This pic was a couple weeks ago, during lunch time when he wanted to eat my nose. Each day is so amazing that I can only be thankful. Just pray the cold will go away so he can be 100%.

Kyle & Jenny: Engagement (Part 2)
A couple of weekends ago when I was down in CA, we went out and did a night shoot and DJ showed us some tricks with off camera lighting. I was excited to get out and try some of these techniques. So saturday night I had scheduled my second engagement shoot of the day with Kyle & Jenny. You might have seen a post last month about their first engagement shoot but I scheduled another one with them cause the first one was way too cold to spend much time together. So Saturday we headed downtown to do some fun stuff and boy was it fun. Using only available light and some fill light there's not telling where you can shoot and what will be the outcome. It was still really cold out but not as cold as the first time. We came prepared for the cooler temp. Kyle & Jenny, thanks for being so willing to bare the cold yet again and also having to be still in one place!

Saturday morning I had the opportunity to spend some time with an awesome couple. Kelley and Kelly are so much fun to be around. Most morning session have to start with a cup of coffee but this wasn't just any ordinary coffee stop. It actually turned into a quick detour for some hair product. Not for me, Kelley wanted to know what I used and so I took them to Fred Meyers to show him what I use. It was fun to just spend some time together even before shooting. I love all the different experiences I get to have with the couples I work with. This one was definitely an unforgettable one for me. I am almost embarrassed to even bring this up but it was funny at the time and even now when I look back on it. Toward the end of our time together, I sort of climbed into some bushes/trees to get this great shot of them and when I came out I noticed out of the corner of my something white on my shoulder. Yep you guess it, a bird pooped on me! I had no rag or anything to wipe it off so the next 30-45 mins I kept on shooting. How many photographers can share that story? Thanks guys for rolling right along with it. It made this shoot one I won't forget too soon!I can't wait for your wedding. It is going to be a blast spending your special day with you.

Super Bowl Review
I am a diehard Seattle Seahawk's fan but any football game that's on, I will watch. To be honest, this year I really didn't care much about the Super Bowl until last weekend. I met my new friend Andre Valenzuala at the Freedom and Slumber event last weekend and he is a NY Giants fan. So I found myself yesterday pulling for the Giants. I have to admit it as one of the best games of football I have seen in a long time. You could tell that the Giants really wanted that win, just by the intensity they played with. It's a tradition that we watch the game at my brothers house and so that always make it fun to be with family and friends. This was Ez's first Super Bowl game and he really liked it, except for the last few minutes of the game. When the Giants scored that touchdown everyone jumped up and yelled and it that scared him to tears. I'm looking forward to many more Super Bowl games with him and that time to spend with him. It's something my father and I did, and it's something Ez and I will do. Until next season, Go Seahawks!

Amazingly Humbled
Ever since Katey and I have been married we made an agreement that dinner time would be the one meal of the day that, no matter what, we would have together around the table. Before every meal together we come humbly before God. Lately I have been doing this with Ezra as well. I will hold his hands together and tell him "Fold your hands" and then we will pray together (he still keeps his eyes open). This evening like any other night we sat down at the table and I started to pray. About halfway through Katey starts squeezing my hand (we also hold hands together, trying to get Ezra to hold for longer then a second is a challenge). I think to myself, the words coming out of my mouth must be good, she's agreeing with me. I finish the prayer and look to my right at Ezra and he is sitting in his high-chair with is hands folded. Halfway through the prayer, when Katey started squeezing my hand, he had let go of her hand and folded his hands all on his own. He knew what we were doing and understood. At 10 months to make that connection! Wow, I am amazed and humbled all at the same time.

Freedom & Slumber Review
I had an awesome weekend down in Santa Barbara hanging out with some awesome photographers from around the country. I'm am still processing all the great info that DJ gave us and so look for future posts about this. In the mean time I wanted to give you a quick photo overview of the weekend. All these photos were taking by the awesome photographer, Kenny Kim. Check out his blog for the rest of the highlight pics and if you're in the Chicago area give him a shout. I'll be posting up my images in a couple of days after I catch up on sleep and get over a nasty head cold I got.

Nonstop... From Now On
So here's the story....Yesterday night my flight from Santa Barbara to Seattle had a lay-over in SF. I should have known the night wasn't going to go the way I expected it to go, when it was already delayed an hour at check-in. After sitting and talking with Penny Sylvia at the gate for a good hour, I got paged by the airline. They decided to send me to LA and transfer to an Alaska flight to Seattle. No problem, except that there was only 35 mins. to go from one side of LAX to the other. After running, getting stopped and screened at security, I made it to the gate to find no airplane (I was at the gate 10 min. before departure). It had left without me!! Come to find out United decided that I wasn't going to make that flight so they booked me for a flight this morning, this happened while I was in flight to LA. Alaska saw this change and sent the flight out to Seattle without me... can you believe that. After another 2.5 hours of lines, terminal changes, hotel shuttle, I found myself in a hotel in LA and not home in Seattle. I slept for 3 hours and got back to the airport to catch my new flight to Seattle. What a trip. I couldn't believe the run around I got. At the time I was so frustrated, but the fright this morning gave me some good time to start processing all that I learned this weekend from DJ. I'm home now and making changes towards creating more freedom in my life already. Thanks DJ and everyone, I look forward to the next time we can hang out.

Not Home Only LA
Well my hopes of being home tonight didn't come ture. Instead of being home in Seattle or stuck in SF I am stuck in LA. It's a long story and I only get 3 hours of sleep before I have to be back at the airport (it 11:45). I'll give you the details tomorrow.

Saturday Morning Slumber
I'm sitting in front of my computer right now looking out over all of Santa Barbara. It's amazing. The sun is shinning bright and the ocean is bright blue. I'm down here hanging out with DJ and a bunch of other amazing photographers.Last night DJ had a little party at the house and invited a ton of local photographers to come and meet us. I got the chance to network with some pretty amazing people. After everyone left we took some time to share and get to know each other a little more. It was cold and rain so instead of having a bon-fire, we had a candle fire. Today is a full day of learning, shooting, and learning some more. I'll post more photos later. These photos are compliments of Kenny Kim, another amazing photographer out here from Chicago.

Training Prep
I am super stoked for this upcoming weekend. I have the opportunity to spend the weekend with one of the top wedding photographers right now, David Jay. The Freedom and Slumber workshop is going to be insane. I will be spending the weekend at his house along with 9 other fellow wedding photographers from around the country. This is what I love so much about this industry, the chance to meet so many people that I know whom I wouldn't normally meet.DJ has been doing some amazing things that are transforming the wedding photography industry. He is so open to share his knowledge as well as encourage others to flourish in the industry. Along side sharing his knowledge he is also developing software to help photographers share their photos with their clients and create freedom in their lives. As you probably can tell, I am excited to meet him and learn from him. Stay tuned for posts...

Choices...
I'm a big fan of John Eldredge and his books. Today I read this great quote that took me back and really got me thinking."...We are on a journey of desire. But we are not home yet. The fact is, at this point in our journey, we have only three options:to be alive and thirsty,to be dead in our soul,to be addicted."(Dare to Desire by John Eldredge)Where are you at in your journey of desire? What option are you choosing?

Danny & Bethany: Engagement
The weather in Seattle has been so crazy lately, that it has made it hard for outdoor photoshoots. This past Saturday I was supposed to spend the morning with Danny & Bethany for their engagement session. But like a typical winter day in Seattle it was raining, windy and cold, so we decided try another day. That day happened to be Sunday morning! The weather was perfect, not a cloud in the sky and the Sun was out.I am so excited for you guys to get married. It's awesome to be a part of such an amazing family. Thanks for a fun morning, goofy at times but also fun to see the love that you share together. You are awesome. See ya soon.

Back & Ready to Blog
It's been too long since the last post, but that's because the past 2 weeks I have been in Cabo Mexico with my family. I promised my wife I wouldn't be on my computer much, cause I wanted to send time with them. It worked out because where we were at the internet didn't work. It was a great time to get away and reflect on the past year and this upcoming year, not to mention the Sun! Didn't get much sleep but did get the chance to spend a lot of time with family. I also had the chance to get out and spend some time with GRIP International and play some ball with the kids they are working with (stay tuned for the pics in a future post). The above photo is my wife's family on the beach with the Pacific Ocean behind us. This year the family grow by two more and 2008 there be one more added. It's a blessing to be a part of this family that continues to grow each year.I wish you all blessing in 2008. It's going to be a great year and I am beyond excited for the things to come.
